With financial experience in a variety of industries and detailed work with nonprofit religious institutions, GSTA offers knowledge and experience beyond your typical tax specialist. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, we service clients across the US and in many foreign countries.

Michael O'Neal, CPA

Owner/Operator

Michael holds a degree in Business Administration, Accounting Management from Maranatha Baptist Bible College. As a licensed CPA and trusted consultant for over 15 years, Michael has gained experience working with all different types of organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is a certified QuickBooks Advisor

Holly Byrd

Client Liaison

Holly uses her excellent organization and administration skills to assist with client communication, information sharing, and documentation. With previous experience in banking and payroll management as well as in nonprofit office management, Holly enjoys using her talents as part of the GSTA team.

Bethel Baptist Church has benefited enormously since we became a client of Good Sum Tax & Accounting in July 2020. Michael O'Neal is knowledgeable with the tax code and how it relates to churches - which is not always the case with accounting firms.
